Shipping

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Standard Shipping: Standard shipping within the United States usually takes 5–7 business days after the order has been shipped.

Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for faster delivery.

Free Shipping: Free standard shipping is available on orders over $120.

Order Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within the United States.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Returns

At OnMeShops, we understand the importance of product quality and hygiene when purchasing wigs and hairpieces. To protect the health and safety of all customers, please review the following return policy.

Wigs & Hairpieces

Return Window: Eligible wigs and hairpieces may be returned within 15 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be completely unused, unworn, unstyled, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: Wigs or hairpieces that have been worn, tried on, styled, washed, cut, colored, altered, or otherwise modified cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and product-quality concerns.

All original tags, lace, packaging, and accessories must remain intact and be included with the returned item, where applicable.

Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the item and packaging for evaluation and return authorization.
